| Logis de France : classified by 1, 2 or Fireplaces

| The hotel-restaurants in the Logis de France chain are classified into three distinct categories: 1, 2 or 3 fireplaces:  | Simple but comfortable furnishing, good cuisine, excellent value. |   | A high level of comfort and tasty cuisine for the price. |    | An extremely comfortable hotel, elaborate cuisine, and attentive service | | Hotels that set themselves apart with extremely high quality of service, setting and catering. |
| Classification is established according to a very strict checklist of more than 200 criteria ; warmth of welcome, authenticity, comfort, safety, equipment, surroundings. nothing is overlooked ! And, more importantly, nothing is final : the classification of a Logis can be reviewed at any given moment. The Charter Committee reserves the right at all times to downgrade, or even strike off, any establishments which fail to meet the standards of the Logis de France label.

| ALWAYS MORE QUALITY | | From this year onwards, in order to intensify the guarantees provided by its quality label, Logis hotels will be systematically controlled by external specialist firms, using a system of "Mystery Guest"visits. These controls will be carried out amaximum of every 3 years. A new, comprehensive classification checklist will be introduced, containing more than 250 quality criteria, covering a wide range of elements, such as comfort, food quality and service, but also other key quality issues such as breakfast and the surrounding environment. The Quality Monitoring department of the FIL collects and processes all feedback from guests, whether complimentary or critical (see detachable reply card). The Fédération Internationale des Logis is certified ISO 9001 .  This award provides recognition of the know-how and dependability of the FIL by way of its process of attribution and control of the Logis quality label. |
